Rolling Vitality Policies
1. Appointment & Booking Policy
Booking Requirements: All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by calling our customer service line. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
Late Arrivals: Arriving late may reduce your session time, and full charges may still apply.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Window: Clients may cancel or reschedule without penalty if done at least 24 hours before the appointment.
No-Show & Late Cancellation: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee or may forfeit any deposits made.
Refund Policy: Refunds are only available for sessions canceled within the policy window or due to an error on our part. Pre-paid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred.
3. Health & Safety Policy
Client Health Requirements: We recommend that clients with certain health conditions (e.g., heart issues, pregnancy, high blood pressure) consult with a healthcare provider before booking services like sauna, cold plunge, and IV therapies.
COVID-19 & General Health Precautions: All equipment is thoroughly sanitized between sessions. Clients are encouraged to reschedule if they are feeling unwell to protect the health of our staff and other clients.
Informed Consent: Clients must complete and sign a consent form acknowledging the potential risks and benefits of therapy prior to their first session.
4. Privacy Policy
Personal Information: Rolling Vitality respects your privacy. Any personal data collected during booking, including contact and health information, is securely stored and not shared with third parties.
Data Usage: Information collected is used solely for booking purposes, service personalization, and occasional communications regarding promotions or service updates. Clients may opt out of communications at any time.
5. Liability Waiver
Assumption of Risk: By booking a session, clients acknowledge they understand the nature of the services and assume responsibility for any risks associated with them.
Limitation of Liability: Rolling Vitality is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of its services, beyond what is required by law.
6. Payment Policy
Accepted Payment Methods: Rolling Vitality accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and pre-paid packages.
Package Expiry: All packages must be used within a set period (e.g., 6 or 12 months from the purchase date) and are non-refundable but can be transferred upon request.
Gratuity: Gratuity is optional but appreciated and may be provided directly to your wellness technician or added at checkout.
